Please note the followings:
Upon receiving the reservation, we will revert if there is any slots available. We will hold the slots for you for 3 days while awaiting your payment [via PayPal or Internet bank transfer].
PayPal payment request or bank account details will be given upon email confirmation.
Booking is then confirmed only upon receiving the payment.
Please do not make any payment without our email confirmation on available slots &/or after the 3 days holding period.
Cancellation:
a. Cancellation [include reduction in number of people] made:
^Before 5th Jul 2013, we will refund 100% [exclude the PayPal charges if PayPal payment has been made]
^^6th Jul onwards, there is no refund.
b. We accept if you can find any replacement for your cancellation.
c. Once we have filled our slots, we will also assist you to find replacement for your cancellation. In the event that a replacement is found, we will refund 100% [exclude the PayPal charges if PayPal payment has been made]
